I don’t think you can change a person only if they want to change they will
You’re welcome
I believe we all have a influence on the people we hang around whether for good or bad. Take for instance I do not use profanity when I speak and the friends I have tend to not speak with profanity when speaking with me or in my presence.
One thing for sure, you have a lot of respect from your friends! That is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing and for your participation!
You’re welcome Phyllis.

Good answer! Thank you so much for sharing and for your participation!
It is generally possible for someone to change within a relationship, but meaningful and lasting change typically occurs only if the person genuinely wants to change for themselves, not just to please their partner. Attempts to force or manipulate change rarely lead to healthy or sustainable outcomes.
Great point! Thank you so much for sharing and for your participation!
All you can do is lead by example, be the kind of person you want others to be. You have to accept others as they are, and if you want to change someone too much, you might need to ask yourself if you should be in the relationship at all.
Right, Sandra! Thank you so much for sharing and for your participation!
I will say 99%of the time, you cannot change any person you’re in a relationship with, or else the person wants to change either because of you or for themselves.
