Mindset is arguably more important than talent because a growth mindset drives the persistence, resilience, and adaptability needed for long-term success, while talent alone can be a limiting factor. Talent may open doors, but a growth mindset keeps them open by fostering the will to learn from failures.
Yes I believe mindset matter more than talent,it’s takes a mindset that is disciplined and nonchalant to develop talent ..it takes a mindset that is focused to make the best of the talent.. talent with a negative mindset will only result in an unproductive mediocre
Thank you for you wonderful response
Wow this for this wonderful response
It often takes the correct mindset to discover a talent. My brother-in-law decided he wanted to play the guitar. According to my husband the first few years he played were terrible but over time he developed his talent to such an extent that he played in the bands of a number of famous pop stars on world tours. So his mindset helped him to develop his talent.
Thanks for you response
Wow thanks for this
Mindset could be discipline, motivation, not wanting to fail, hardwork etc.
Talent isn’t enough, you need to be hardworking, disciplined, motivated etc to reach the peak of your talent and all these are connected to the mindset
Thanks for participating
Mindset matters more than talent because it is the application of your mindset that will bring your talent to reality.
Wow wonderful response, thank you
Yes, mindset matters more than talent. While talent can provide an initial advantage, a growth mindset determines whether you’ll work hard, learn, and persevere to achieve success. Talent alone can stagnate without effort, but a strong mindset can lead to continuous improvement and mastery. Many successful individuals attribute their achievements to a growth mindset, resilience, and hard work rather than just natural talent
Thank you
It’s always good to have a mindset and a talent is very good to have use both for an advantage!!
