What’s that one thing you can’t start your day without?

I can’t do without prayers and words of affirmation.

For many people, that one thing could be a morning cup of coffee or tea, a quick workout, or maybe a short meditation or prayer.

The one thing that I can not start my day without is praying and thanking the Most High for opening my eyes and giving me another day to get it right. If I don’t pray, I don’t feel right.
