What’s harder: speaking your mind or listening with an open heart?

This is a personal opinion anyway.

Mine is Speaking my mind, I’m always cautious and too self aware to give myself away.

Sometimes speaking, makes people view you in a certain especially when you’re saying your mind. I’m a good listener btw
