I don’t believe poverty is a curse. It all bores down to the level of grace and favor from the Divine beings. People operate with different level of grace, and favor from the Almighty.
Secondly, the thin line between poor and rich is recognizing when opportunity to breakthrough comes out and seizing it

It might be because of poor governance or something like that.

No it’s not a curse. Poverty could be the cause of economic finance.
Do you take the Opportunities that are given to you or did you go after it.
It could be the lack of knowledge, or capabilities or abilities of staying in poverty.
It could be the lack of effort of why a person remains in poverty.
Some people are born lucky, some took a chance and rose up out of poverty. Some just worked hard to not remain in poverty.
The sad part is some people will work hard all of their lives and will die in poverty.
Poverty is a complex issue with various factors contributing to it, including economic, social, and environmental elements. It’s not necessarily a curse, but rather a challenge that can be addressed through collective efforts and support.
