I have done both and loved both WFH and On Site. I like my WFH job now but I do miss the camaraderie of working with a team and forging friendships with your co-workers. You do not have much interaction with other people with WFH jobs so it’s all up t you to keep contact with other people since you don’t get to meet nearly as many new people. Also, it does take discipline to stay on track and not get distracted by things you need to do around your home also.
