What do you think keeps people bonded over time — shared history or shared values?

Shared values

Shared history, although sometimes as humans we forget certain things, so our memory might fail us at times, so it does help to have some sort of shared values. I believe they work hand in hand.

Trusting one another

I think shared values keep people bonded together but I also think that shared history can keep people bonded together also I think both are equally important on keeping people together and bonded well.

I would say it’s Both. There’s so much to learn from the past and from shared values. My parents used to tell us siblings about their past and the things they had to endure to become what/where they were then and for Me personally I learned how to survive life from their history as well from their values they taught us.
