“Do you think social media is helping or destroying people mentally?”

Social media has actually helped and still helping the one’s making use of it wisely and judiciously.  So it actually depends on individual usage and motive

its impact is not universally positive or negative but largely depends on individual usage patterns and predispositions.

I feel it depends on the way people use it. If you use it we’ll it helps you but if you don’t it can affect one mentally.

Its really helping the wise ones in making life better. While other way round its destroying lot of people life.

It’s neither here nor there. It destroys those who want it to destroy them, and to the ones who understand it, it doesn’t destroy them

It helps people who believe that most things they see online are fake, but destroys mental health of people who take everything social media seriously

Social media if used constructively is never destructive. Children needs to be guided in the best way to use social media. If not, it is quite and much detrimental.

I personally don’t use Facebook or Instagram nothing against them but I truly don’t have time or care enough about it and I also think people are easily influenced by things other people do and say I kinda think it’s a blessing and a curse it can help people connect with Love ones a bring family together but can also tear family and friends apart I just think people should be aware and careful of what they do and say

So far it has helped more than it has destroyed
