Why do we have rules, and are they always fair?

We have rules so people for order and stability, for protection, for fairness and justice, accountability, for personal growth and development. But the reality is that rules can not always be fair.

We have rules because if we didn’t have rules it’ll be nothing but chaos and violence who was I said in place to make people behave themselves and make law around the country safe I believe in rules I believe rules and place is a good thing I believe without rules it’ll be chaos nothing but violence nothing but chaos nothing but violence fighting erupting everywhere builders catching fire things of that nature so yes rules will be great thank you so much
