A big lie people tell themselves at end of every year is that they will have better goals, change things, it sometimes can be losing weight, eating healthier, having more financial support and finally promising that next year will not be the same as the current year that was not as successful as they wanted. Though, these promises and goals might not work for the better or some people start doing better then stop trying.
