Others quietly hold people back.

I will make big changes to many things, it cerrainly holds people back and makes them feel overwhelmed. people are not built to make big sucsessive changes and it overwhelms us and therefore tend to avoid doing anything to change the situation. Its so easy to believe because they have the mindset of new year, new me and it slowly dies with every new passing day. People will make changes to their daily routine and might even get others to join them, but it will usually fail within the first few weeks.
