One of the biggest lies that we as people tell ourselves at the end of the year is that we are going to do much better at the beginning of the New Year. Whether it is saving more money, losing weight, staying focus or just doing things different! Instead of focusing and believe that the New calendar Year will change it all and make it better for us, we should focus on our past patterns of behavior is what we should change.
I will stop smoking and drinking next year.

That next year will be better.
