I think the biggest lie people tell themselves at the end of the year is their New Year resolutions.
I have never seen anyone fulfill their New Year resolutions. I understand the reasons for New Year resolutions like to be healthier by quitting bad habits and eating healthier and working out. I have made some of these resolutions myself in the past. Did I stick to it no I did not.
I believe the reason people believe this lie is because they are trying to think of themselves as doing better than last year.
This effects how people live by how they change their habits and lifestyles to try to be healthier and think of themselves as doing better than last year.
