It’s Swiss Cheese Day, January 2, 2026!
Do you like this flavor of cheese? Do you like other flavors? Or can you not stand it at all?
I like Swiss cheese in a club sandwich or maybe mac and cheese, but not by itself. I prefer Muenster, Mozzarella or Ricotta. Cheddar is great too.
This is use for varieties of cheese that resembles emmental cheese, yellow medium hard cheese that originated in the area emmental around Switzerland
