Role of Empathy in our Decisions

It is expected of us as Christians to have empathy, where we show compassion in dealing with our fellow humans.

We have to consider others feelings in many decisions we make, especially when our decision may affect other people whether family, friends, or coworkers. Some decisions we make can have a big impact on others lives, so it’s important to consider their feelings!
