It can help or hurt, but I think for the most part technology hurts relationships . People spend so much time glued to their phones rather than giving their partners their attention. Relationships develop on social media platforms and dating sites that are damaging. And gaming!! So many people are addicted to it. But there’s also good things, I just think more of it is bad when it comes to relationships.
