This is a tough situation, and people react very differently. Some believe the best move is to expose the person publicly and warn others. Others say you should stay quiet, document everything, and handle it only through legal channels. Which approach do you think is smarter—and why? Please share your reasoning (and what risks you see in the approach you didn’t choose).
I think the smarter move is stay quiet publicly, document everything, and go through legal channels first. Going public feels satisfying, but it’s risky you lose control of the story, people judge fast, and it can backfire or hurt your credibility, even if you’re right. The risk of staying quiet is that the person might keep hurting others and the system might fail you. But you can always go public later, thats what l think.
