I have pain 24/7. I am on Tramadol, a pain medication as well as a muscle spasm medication. I also take Tylenol.
What I have found helps that are not drugs are heating pads, stretching, and exercise. I sleep better, brain fog is better and pain settles down. It’s never gone but it does really help. I know it seems counter intuitive to exercise when in pain but it helps me.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia along with other things. I read why people get or have Fibromyalgia and trauma and stress can be a factor. I was in a mentally abusive marriage and the pain started while in that relationship. Plus my rare blood disorder doesn’t help. My body is always stressed out.
The exercises I do is pretty mild. I do walking workouts most of the time at home. I don’t over push myself because I know that won’t help. I also have a few workout apps I use and they have different styles the I can do.
I hope this helps anyone who is in pain.
