Leadimg or Serving others?

Leading and serving is interwoven,if you are good to be a leader, you must serve,so there is no way you will lead and not serve,I will rather be a leader and Serve

Serving first then lead cos being a leader is not an easy task

A Leader isn’t just leading himself but also those under him which comes with task ful and demanding responsibility. But serving others is much more easier than leading even though to serve also isn’t that also. But it’s lighter in responsibility compared to being a leader

I prefer leading

For me leading if better than serving

A true leader is a servant of all. Kingdom of God is about serving, the Lord Jesus gave us an example of servanthood, He said the greatest in the kingdom is the servant of all, the Lord Jesus said He did not come to be serve but to serve all. Matthew 20

To be a leader is not easy, it comes with a lot of responsibility, I will say serving others is easier.

Serving others

To be a leader is a great responsibility, I prefer serving others and taking instructions from others.

Naturally leading is more appealing than serving.A more balance and rewarding posture is becoming a servant leader.

Hmnnn, I deeply believe it depends on the other party, those you’re leading or serving. It’s really both easy if they’re difficult people
