If memory serves me correctly, when I was in a new relationship, my personal space was very important to me. I didn’t like a clingy person. I didn’t mind sharing some of my time, but not all of it and I needed some of my time to myself. It would really irrate me when someone invaded my space too much and then I would know they were not for me and I would move on.
This is a great question. For me I would definitely say that both are equally important, even more so when in a new relationship. Taking time to myself to process thoughts and working on myself has to take place, that is a non negotiable for me or else I am going to be all out of sorts and that is not going to be a good thing at all. Someone that feels the need to be up under their partner at every waking moment I think should raise some red flags.q

Awesome answer! I totally agree and thanks so much for your response!
