Old memories made me who I am, lessons and all. I wouldn’t erase them. New memories mean growth, healing, and chapters that haven’t been written yet. Forward motion always wins. ✨

If I choose to hold on to my old memories, I won’t move forward, I choose to let go old memories and embrace the new memories

I don’t want to lose my old memories ( I never ever want to forget my parents ) they are a big part of my old memories.

I would choose to lose old memories and get new ones. I don’t really have many memories that I’m fond of, as long as I don’t lose the memories of my children of course. The main ones that are stuck are either weird or bad ones, so it would be an obvious choice for me.

Losing old memories. There are so many painful ones I’d happily lose them.
