Intelligence is powerful, but discipline is often what turns potential into success.
A very intelligent person may have great ideas, but without discipline they might never take action. Meanwhile, someone with average intelligence but strong discipline can achieve incredible results simply by being consistent and persistent.
History shows many examples of people who succeeded not because they were the smartest in the room, but because they kept working when others stopped.
In the long run, discipline creates habits, habits create progress, and progress creates success.
So while intelligence can give someone an advantage, discipline is what truly determines how far a person goes.
But what do you think?
If you had to choose one for success, would you pick intelligence or discipline?
