How do families handle disagreements in a healthy way? ‎

By calling a spade a spade and talking wisely.

By disagree to agree,by accepting your fault and not blaming it on others, and seeing others strength and not the weakness always

Focusing on solutions not blame

In my own opinion I think its by calling both left and right that are involved in the disagreement to sit before elders listening to the version of the stories from both sides and striking a balance in between the two.

Place the matter before leaders to having being solved amicable. Fights, shouts and Hullabaloo wouldn’t solve anything.
