I strongly agree with @funshomoses; you can’t rule out stress in your life completely. Yes, you can avoid it. First, you need to identify what actually causes stress in your life, such as a friend, family member, significant other, job, living conditions, or finances. Once you realize what the issue is, you have to find ways and things to relieve stress. Having a mentor or a therapist works. But it’s all about developing beneficial habits and losing those bad habits that create their stresses in your life. I remove anything negative in my life. I remove anything that adds stress to my life, no matter what or who it is. I’ve been doing it for so long; it’s like an exercise. This has become a natural instinct for me. Just learning to let go and not please others is one of the hardest things for people but always causes a lot of stress. Unfortunately, many things in life require you to learn to let go of something or please others to a certain extent. Know your worth, let go of purposeless jobs, get a better one, and stop pleasing others; your friend or family member’s opinion does not justify your stress. Keep positive things and positive people around you. Nobody’s perfect, so only speak positively.
