Short answer: Yes

Money matters, but plenty of things beat it when you look at what actually makes life rich:

*Things people usually rank above money:*

– *Time*: You can make more money, but you can’t make more time. Once a moment’s gone, it’s gone.

– *Health*: No amount of cash feels good when you’re sick or in pain. Health buys you options money can’t.

– *Relationships*: Love, family, true friends. On your worst day, money won’t sit with you — people will.

– *Peace of mind*: Sleeping well, low stress, no constant fear. Lots of rich people would trade cash for calm.

– *Purpose*: Feeling like your life matters. A job or mission you believe in hits different than just a paycheck.

– *Freedom*: Ability to choose how you spend your days. Money can buy some freedom, but some people with less money feel more free.

– *Legacy/Impact*: What you leave behind — kids you raised well, people you helped, things you built.

*The catch*: Money helps you protect most of those things. It buys healthcare, time off, security for family, and chances to pursue purpose.

So it’s not “money vs. everything else.” It’s more like: money is the fuel, but the destination is time, health, love, peace, and meaning.
