A boss doesn’t necessarily mean a leader. Now some bosses can be leaders or eventually become one. If you work a 9 to 5, a boss is just someone who is put in charge based on job experience, a promotion, etc. Some people are bosses by running their own companies. But overall a leader is someone who teaches and someone people want to follow. Someone who abuses their authority is not a leader. You can’t force them to follow your terminology if you’re not great at what you do. A leader was once a follower and learned how to lead from a leader. Every leader doesn’t want to be a boss; most want to inspire others to be great.
