How do you like yours?
Spinach, egg plant, broccoli 🥦
I only like spinach in salads. I remember when I was little, one of my brothers made me ate hot spinach with melted butter. I didn’t like it. Mom and dad was at a dinner meeting.
I have never tried eggplant, but I did grow it last year. It was a free plant, so I planted then gave all to a neighbor.
How do you fix / eat your eggplant?
Carrots and Brussels sprouts!! Roasted in the oven, yummy 🤤
I love carrots too❣️ I cook in saucepan with brown sugar❣️
