Have you ever blocked someone?

I blocked someone recently because he kept calling at odd hours in the night and when I called the person back during the day, it’s unavailable. Then I decided to pick he couldn’t introduce himself properly and was asking of a picture of me. I can’t allow someone to stress me hence, I blocked him.
