West Ham vs Arsenal VAR decision: Fair call or daylight robbery?

I see most people here saying it was daylight robbery but it was actually a clear foul… the number 19 west ham player had his hands round the keeper and it stopped him from being able to contest fro the ball.. it was a very clear foul.
