Once peeled, slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Use a fork to mash the yolks until crumbly. Add sweet pickle juice or sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard and mix until creamy. Fill egg whites with the creamy mixture.
