A one-month-old baby crying nonstop for 30–45 minutes is usually trying to communicate a basic need or discomfort. Common causes include hunger, fatigue, trapped gas, a wet/soiled diaper, or overstimulation. They may also be experiencing colic or a minor physical irritation like an ingrown hair. 

Hunger or constipation

It could be the early on set of colic or the baby could be gassy or still hungry or could need to held to feel the closeness of mommy. It could be a number of reasons a baby cries constant like that but the reasons I chose I think are basically for the most part the main reason why baby could be crying so much

Hugry or feeling sick but cannot communicate it

swallowing to much air when eating. gassey belly

Stomach ache and constipation.
