Day or night, when do you sleep more?

I like it during the day inside well ventilated room. Body feels very relieved and better while I’m active at night studying.

Night time is the best sleep for me, im such a early bird, i need night time.

I’m not one for sleeping 😴 I’m always working.

It varies my sleep pattern is off I can sleep just as long during the day as I can at night.

I’m not much of a night sleeper I’m always working and I work in the day. Afternoon and evening time I will sleep good.

If between the hours of 00.00 and 05.00am are considered morning then of course I sleep more morning time 😴

Night time for sure. Even though I don’t have any kind of a set schedule for sleeping and sometimes it is during the day but it’s very seldom unlike when was younger I was a night owl. Worked graveyard shifts a lot and partied all night sometimes too. Now a days when I’m up all night I’m reading or scroll social media.

I’m not one for sleeping, I’m always going things, anyway I more probably never wake up again!!
