My knees are having issues. My x-rays show that they are bad.
Doc said I need knee replacements. Meanwhile, I can get another cortisone shot in the knee. The shot in the knee is very painful but last one I had almost lasted a year. 💉
I am thinking about toughing up and get the shots instead of surgery. I guess that is just putting off but never know what tomorrow brings‼️
I rub it on my feets, my arms my legs, my lower back and upper back, my chest so I can breath freely, and my neck.. Warning warning if some gets on your private parts of your body, whatever you do don’t put water on it whatever you do to try cool it down. You be in big problems make it 5 times more hot.
