Loud music will take a toll on the ears. I never did the loud music scene, but my hubby did plus he worked as a brick layer and around a lot construction noise. His ears took on a lot. His hearing aids are working out well.

Yes vaseline, is good when we were little tiny little boy, but, now as our body and skin is getting older we need creams like shea butter to make our skin smoother and clear clean from black or pink spots and marks and scabs on our face and body. I’m 64 now but everyone stays I look about 30 or 40. Donald Trump went to war with Nigeria SHEA BUTTER, So now shea butter is very expensive in America now with high terrace tax. Today, I have all three grandkids. Neighbor just invited us over to swim. She said she has swim trunks for the boys and swimsuit for my granddaughter, Hubby just left to pick her up in nearby town from volleyball practice. I am hoping everyone agrees and go swim for an hour. Neighbor has an awesome backyard with built in ground pool plus golfing greens too. All kinds of toys too.
