What would you tell a person who seems to be in a hopeless situation?

I would say: seek God in your time of trouble, like now. For only He is truly there for those with a contrite heart and in need of a way forward.

I will pray for them and advise them to seek God in their lives, and I will try to see what might be the root of the problem of why they got there in a hopeless space in the first place. Try to encourage once you figure out a solution. Trust me; I know how it feels to feel hopeless. We have all been there, whether we want to admit it or not.

I will tell such person to change directions at atimes is not all about consistency but being consistent in a wrong direction will still make you being stuck one place
