My knees are having issues. My x-rays show that they are bad.

Doc said I need knee replacements. Meanwhile, I can get another cortisone shot in the knee. The shot in the knee is very painful but last one I had almost lasted a year. 💉

I am thinking about toughing up and get the shots instead of surgery. I guess that is just putting off but never know what tomorrow brings‼️

Yes that’s a good idea share with your old school friends. Actually I use it for everything on my when I come out of the bath. My feets toes, legs my butt, my back, cheat, arms, hand and fingers. Just make very sure you keep it far away from your private parts.

Ok that’s good news, I just used some today to rub on all my fingers. I think getting old a little pains in my fingers and arms. Well, it really do work very well. It’s also very good for the winter, if you have blocked nose and finding it difficult to breathe rub inside your nose and on your cheast. For flu and colds and whatever. It’s use for many things for the body.

It sounds awesome and I am going to share this information with others.

I rub it on my feets, my arms my legs, my lower back and upper back, my chest so I can breath freely, and my neck.. Warning warning if some gets on your private parts of your body, whatever you do don’t put water on it whatever you do to try cool it down. You be in big problems make it 5 times more hot. To calm it down put a pillow between your leg an till it calm down. Keep away from eyes. Ohh, I’ve just sent a picture of the ABONIKI BALM, to messenger.

I used to get my ABONIKI, BALM from the Nigeria shop on the high street. But, now I get my from Ebay I buy it by the bulk 12 in a box. Believe me it’s a good product for knees hip back pains neck pains, feets pains and hand, fingers. I really recommend this for you. “”ABONIKI, BALM””

I googled it and our Walmart carries it. It’s on my list‼️

I’m sorry to know that. Ok try to buy ABONIKI, BALM it’s from Nigeria, you can but it on Ebay or any Nigeria shops in your city. I was trying to upload a picture for you. But, the system is not working. You can rub it all over your needs, hips and back for pain relief and good movement talking around around vary good.

It sounds like I will have to google this product.
I will see what I can find ‍♀️

Mine act up and it’s a terrible pain then goes away. Then, the other knee takes it’s turn. They go back and forth. I told my doc if I walk dragging it sideways it will quit hurting, but I got a pain in my hip. Doc said not to do the sideways drag because I’m putting awkward movement on my hip.

I’m ok now but it will happen then I am going in for the cortisone shot. It hurts for a minute because they are injecting cortisone in my knee bone.

I have always had a pain tolerance and after losing my son I can take even more pain. I just concentrate on my son and what he went through.

Yes. A torn ligament required my right knee to be scoped.

Right⁉️ My knees are bad and I really don’t want surgery. Heck, I’m 60 so thinking I should just get that painful cortisone shot and last another year.
