If you saw someone’s DIARY left open, do you read, close or ignore it?

An interesting question, no? I must admit, I have quickly browsed an open diary, many years ago. I probably wouldn’t now, unless reading it can help me to help the owner or further understand some of their life choices.

A person’s diary is their personal right to privacy. No one has the right to look into something so personal, unless it’s your child and you are fearing for their safety or mental health, not because you just want to be nosy. So no I would not intentionally look at a person’s diary left open.

I believe I would ignore it and keep moving. It’s none of my business and it’s personal. Treat others as you would like for them to treat you.

I would ignore it.I would wonder why it was left for others to see,but I would rather not touch or deal with it.

I will ignore and not even look at it. I think it is bad manners to read someone’s information if he has not allowed you to.

I believe I would ignore it. Just go on like it wasn’t there because whatever is in it is private and none of my business.
