I’ve come into knowledge about freewill and know that it was given to all human beings and all angels by Almighty God. So, yes, I believe in freewill.
I’ve also come into knowledge that Almighty God IS the Power behind fate when defined in terms of being a “power” that controls all things and events, and humans inability to control or change the way things will occur. Therefore, yes, I believe in fate as well.
Almighty God allows freewill by giving it to us, letting it run its course. He sets forth fate by already having been established, (prior to humanity’s existence), the power set in place much further away from our (humans) starting point, ahead and pass beyond our present time.
That’s a profound perspective, Latasha. It’s interesting how you see free will as a gift from God, allowing us to make our own choices, while also believing that fate, guided by God’s power, shapes the larger picture. This balance between personal choice and divine control is thought-provoking. Have you found that this belief influences how you approach decisions in your life?
I appreciate all of yall.
Thank you, Larhonda, I appreciate you more!
Thank you, Ronald, for your informative response! I really appreciate you!
And Heidi, girl! How are you! To answer your question:
Absolutely! I have found that it influences my decision-making in life for the better! It has also kept me from getting ahead of myself on several occasions. I’d be at a point where I’m about to speak on a matter, thinking I knew it all at that moment, but instead, kept quiet because I FELT the need to do so with sort of a force of, I’ll say, self-discipline holding me in place. I’m glad I’d chosen wisely versus me making myself appear foolish. Therefore, over the years, I’ve learned to approach situations in my life a lot more cautiously and not be so quick to decide things unconsciously and without given way to thought. Doing so has also calmed a ton of worry and the effects that occur when I become ridiculously nervous that the anxiety beast gives off through its roars. So I’m thankful and grateful for that. Me being uncontrollably nervous can be summoned up into two words; Hot & Mess!
I believe both inform one another through interchangeable conditions. They are principled partners in a deeper design. I feel fate shapes the landscape we are born into (i.e. circumstances, timing, environment, encounters, etc)., that see, to arrive and connect without consent. The path may exist but the meaning of the journey is created by the choices we make along the way which may be based upon the circumstances to which fate ascribes.
Congratulations on receiving a 40,000,000-point reward for this question🙂❤️🌺🌹
Thank you.
Awesome question Larhonda!!!! I believe in both! This subject goes deep!
Thank you!
Thank you so much, I appreciate you Larhonda Taylor,
(Great Question)
You are so welcome!
Fate and free will both impact life However on the religious perspective it is taught that humans have the free will to decide how to live whether right or wrong. Also fate is more on the spiritual and new age way of thinking.Fate does have a very huge influence It is practically the equivalent of warnings.
Great answer.
We are born into a biological reality that we cannot control, like a time in history, genetics, and the like, which give each of our own set of natural abilities and limitations. The early socialization in life and the imprints made upon our brains, behavior, and development, guided by the other people in life, it appears that free will is very limited.
However, there is element of choice; we are constantly faced with choices, and all of those choices have consequences, either in a positive way, or a negative one (the toughest choices come with both). But we can learn patterns in this experience, in ourselves, others, and the world that is so large and elusive at times, it can rob us of the feeling of choice at all.
I feel it’s definitely both. I recommend some reading about “Soft Determinism”.
Great answer.
Such great answers! Jodie, amazing! I believe in both i guess. Free will to choose but you will never know of oitwas meant to be by fate. Nor will you know if you chose not to do something, if it may come around in a different way at another point in time, so the choice lays in front of you again. Are you still free to choose or do you feel now forced to make a decision?
Love your view.
Thanks Larhonda, it really makes you think right? Good question!

Peace.
Love it.
Fate is destiny while free will is the right to decide of what one’s apt to.
Great answer.
I believe that some main life’s lessons, experiences are put in our path in order to learn. Inbeteeen.. 🤔 we do make choices .. 🙂
Great answer.
Freewill all the way. We was given freewill from God. Our choice to do bad or good.
Great answer.
Thank you
You are welcome.

Yes, this so true. You will always reap what you sow. If you sow good seeds you will have a good harvest but if you sow bad seeds then you will have a bad harvest.
