I believe in free will. My life is the sum total of all the decisions that I’ve made in my life. We are all in control of many things that influence the outcome of our life. There are many things that are outside our realm of control, but I believe it’s our responsibility to make good decisions about our health, work, and family.

I am not really sure, but I do believe that if something does not work out then it is not meant to be.
I think it is good to believe in something, in life we do need something to believe in, to get us through any hard and difficult times.

I believe both can go hand in hand. Although it may be in our fate to go down a certain path in life it is because we have freewill to choose.
I share your view, Josie. Fate and free will can indeed complement each other. While certain paths may be laid out for us, it’s our free will that guides us down those paths. Have you had experiences where you felt both fate and your choices were at play in shaping your life’s direction?
There has been different times through out my life where Fate and freewill has played a part in my decision making. For example my daughter , I ignored my daughter’s father for months even for a friendly conversation. 2 1/2 years later became pregnant with my daughter,( mind you I didn’t think I could ever have another baby …13 years ago had complications and had a miscarriage and lost a lot of blood..Never even had a positive pregnancy for 8 years when I was trying.)Been together with this person for 5 years going on 6 now. If I had chose to not take a chance I wouldn’t have my daughter.

I have 3 kids a set of identical twin boys 12 and my daughter 5 who was a complete miracle do to the fact that I have a rare kidney condition and was going through treatment that actually kills off all my eggs and you have to sign a waver stating you understand the risk that you won’t be able to get pregnant for at least 2 years at least no one had until me. And it was in the first month after my round of kidney shots. I truely believe she was fated to be born and thankfully completely healthy and she truely amazes me on how bright she shines. Her intelligence and fortitude is absolutely bind blowing to me.

There is to a degree both, however you shape your own future, desires and destiny, you just got to be ready to take charge and roll with the punches and all the other curve balls that are flung in your direction. If you hit some, then it’s not the end of the world, you just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and carry on like nothing has happened
I completely agree, Ben. It’s a blend of both fate and taking control of your own destiny. Life throws its fair share of challenges, but it’s about picking yourself up and moving forward. Have you had experiences where you’ve had to navigate through these curveballs and come out stronger?

Absolutely Heidi, there are so many, and I am only 39, so Imagine I have a lot more to come, but yes I definitely feel better about things afterwards and feel that I am ready to face that challenge head on next time. Thank you Larhonda,

I feel Free will is limited. Fate is just a word for when something happens that works out well whether it is at the right or wrong time.
I do believe in manifesting and getting results from your efforts.
