I love Brussels Sprouts. I like to cook with smoked paprika and garlic powder. Or baked with in the oven with sliced peaches and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Nectarines work as well

Yes that’s what my Mum, do Just boil them add a two bits of garlic and butter and a pinch of salt. Old English style. I myself do the same way. I also add to my roast lamb when my lamb is cooked then I add to the roast lamb and put back in the oven for a next 15 or 20 minutes.

I’ve tried them, but it’s not a favorite. I don’t go out of my way to eat them.

Not only do I eat them, I like them a lot. I steam them with salt and butter and also roast them with balsamic vinegar and honey.

No, your not doing anything wrong everything your doing is correct Cheryl. It’s just not to everyone taste. I used to hate eating it when I was a little tiny boy, but my Mum, used always force on me to eat it..lol.hehe. but as i become a adult unfortunately..lol.hehe, I become to enjoy it by cooking it in so many different ways.
