Are family members under the same adress as me able to join luckyscout?

The answer is no only you can have one account under the same IP address. Go to the top of any page and in the upper right-hand corner you will see the terms drop down menu click on it scroll down to number 24.  This is where I found the information below under:
Terms, Disclaimer and Risk Warning

24) Each individual and IP address may only have one account on LuckScout. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different IP addresses for the same person or managing more than one account through the same IP address or addresses, will result in the termination of all accounts.

From my understanding of this website, each person must have their own email address to join and make money

I would ask Vahid and his team; however, I believe it goes by the computer IP address, and more than likely, other family members in your same household would share the same IP address, unless they used their computers or cellphones on public wifi, like from the local library.

Again, I would ask Vahid and his team, but most computer IP addresses are shared by an entire household from my experience.
