Are family members under the same adress as me able to join luckyscout?

I’m aware that The rules mention anyone that makes accounts under the same IP adress is banned, does this include any family members I that I would get to start joining the community?

because I would like to encourage them to join but don’t want to get banned if we live under the same adress?
