Since I love hiking and do it regularly, I usually cover more than 20 miles in about 8 to 9 hours — depending on the weather, of course. 🥾
Thank you, Hillary.
How long have you ever walked?
I been walking for the past 37 years I don’t know how many miles in total.
We was on our way to a gaming event and the bus broke down so we had to walk an hour and a half to get to a nearby restaurant
I’ve walked for 30 minutes to an hour long.
Thank you Alex
Your welcome!
When I used to work in retail I can say I easily would have walked 4-6 miles a day. Which honestly was a lot for my feet at times. Now it went down to 1-2 miles max if I choose to take a walk in the morning.
Thank you Ryan.
When was a kid I rode the Bus to school, sometimes I missed the bus and had to walk to school, maybe 2 miles.
60 blocks from 60th Street and Central Park South down to The Trade Center ( the original World Trade Center.) That’s 7.1 miles. Me and my cousin. We stopped on 7th Ave for gyro, then continued down to The Trade Center. We were in ours 20s at the time. I couldn’t do it now, without hopping on the number 4 to continue to World Trade 1.
I really can’t give a number, but I have worked several jobs in my lifetime that has forced me to be on my feet all day. Ny step count would be very high.
Thank you Carole.
I would say around 25 minutes from a carnival to my house.
Thank you for your comment, Steven.
The longest have walked, is around 150Km overall since I started to walk.
That seems to be very long, Joselyne. Thank you for your comment.
When I separated from my children’s mum, I moved to a suburb of Leeds as this was in my price range for local rent, near my children. However, as I didn’t drive and had a job working at Leeds Bradford airport with early starts as early as 3am for check in of passengers, I had to walk as there was no public transport until around 5am. It was around 5 miles away from where I lived and I was not in a financial situation where I could afford taxis everyday. I would literally leave home at 12am to be there for 3am. It was no fun in heavy rain though, but I did it, as I had to make money to see my children and keep a roof over my head. I eventually got a better job after months of walking and getting blisters.
Thank you Ben, for such a moving story.
You have my upmost respect Ben!
Thank you Lee

That’s great, Iwona.
