I don’t think so, either way you’re standing you are going up the stairs or down them!
Well technically you can if you stop while going up the stairs the you would be standing backwards from the down stairs point of view where someone else can view you from the back. The only way that would be challenging is if the stairs were narrow and steep anyway thanks Teresa for sharing your comment
