What we do know is real: human activity affects the climate. Pollution, deforestation, and emissions change weather patterns over time. That’s science, measured and documented.
What’s also true: there are limited, localized weather modification efforts, like cloud seeding to encourage rain or reduce hail. Those are small-scale, inconsistent, and nowhere near the level of controlling large storms or climates.
Where it drifts into speculation is the idea of large-scale, precise weather control being secretly used to orchestrate disasters. There’s no solid evidence that humans can reliably command the atmosphere that way. Weather systems are chaotic, massive, and far more powerful than current technology.

Most definitely I do believe that they are tampering with Earth’s weather and controlling it…. Ever noticed how some big Cities in America alone are the ones that get severe weather conditions ( example New York ) every winter they get snowed in or like Florida ( every summer they are impacted by hurricanes that are super severe )
