What’s also true: there are limited, localized weather modification efforts, like cloud seeding to encourage rain or reduce hail. Those are small-scale, inconsistent, and nowhere near the level of controlling large storms or climates.
Where it drifts into speculation is the idea of large-scale, precise weather control being secretly used to orchestrate disasters. There’s no solid evidence that humans can reliably command the atmosphere that way. Weather systems are chaotic, massive, and far more powerful than current technology.
So my honest answer, keeping it 💯:
Yes, humans influence the climate indirectly.
Yes, small weather nudges exist.
No, there’s no proof of full-scale weather puppeteering.
