Fasting can help or harm your system depending on how you do it, how long you fast, and your personal health conditions. The research you saw above shows both sides clearly: short‑term benefits are real, but long‑term effects are still uncertain, and some patterns may even increase cardiovascular risk.
Base on my observation about fasting, it can be beneficial to your body if you don’t have any health challenging issues.
Some of the benefits of fasting that I have observe since I started faster are
1:It enhances mental clarity with allow you to focus
2: Weight loss and improved insulin sensitivity
Fasting can be beneficial or harmful, depending on how you do it 🤔. Benefits include improved insulin sensitivity, weight loss, and increased autophagy. However, it can also lead to nutrient deficiencies, dehydration, or worsen certain health conditions if not done properly.
Thank you
Fasting in the right manner is much beneficial. Do not fail to drink water. More so, seek the advice of a nutritionist or dietician.
Thanks
Fasting is good for the body, however it must be done rightly otherwise it will become harmful both physically and spiritually.
Thanks
Fasting can be beneficial and harmful. I read if you fast for 3 days, your immune system resets which could be helpful if you have an auto-immune disease.
On the other hand, if you fast between 3 and 5 days, you can get a refeeding disorder where you can die from being reintroduced to food too quickly.
This happened to the survivors of concentration camps. When they were fed by allied soldiers, many of them collapsed and died.
Thank you

it depends on the person and the method.” When fasting is done correctly, fasting can trigger some pretty impressive cellular, i.e it can be beneficial but when it is overdone or done by the wrong person, ( having health challenge such as ulcer) it can definitely backfire.
