Whether it’s a grilled fillet or a perfectly seared steak, our protein choices often define our meals. Fish offers those sought-after Omega-3s and a lighter footprint, while meat provides essential iron, B12, and a hearty satisfaction. If you had to choose one as your primary source, which would it be and why?”
THERE IS NO SALAD OPTION????
THAT WAS MY BAD. I GUESS MEAT. I DON’T EAT SEAFOOD.
TRIED IT BUT NEVER TAKEN A LIKEN TO IT. I GUESS IT HAS TO DO A LOT WITH MY FAVORITE MOVIE THE LITTLE MERMAID. I ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT THE CREATURES FROM THE MOVIE AND THAT’S WHO WE WHERE EATING. THEREFORE I DO NOT EAT SEAFOOD. GAVE IT A TRY AND DIDN’T LIKE IT.
I’D RATHER BE A VEGETARIAN AGAIN. I DON’T EAT MUCH MEAT BUT I DO EAT SOME. MOSTLY GROSS TO ME THOUGH.
SORRY IF I OFFEND ANYONE, BUTS THAT’S WHAT I THINK.
Both Fish and Meat can be great choices—it really depends on personal taste and health goals. 😊
Fish 🐟: Many people prefer fish because it is lighter and rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for the heart and brain. Fish is often easier to digest as well.
Meat 🍖: Meat (like beef, chicken, or lamb) is usually richer in protein, iron, and vitamin B12, making it filling and great for energy and muscle building.
⭐ My take: If I had to choose, fish is often considered the healthier everyday option, while meat can be great for a hearty meal.
THOSE ARE SOME GOOD FACTS BUT I SAY IT’S STILL STINKY.. EEWWW.. AGAIN SORRY IF I OFFEND ANYONE.

WHAT’S WITH ALL THE FISHY’S. LOL… I’M GLAD FOR YOU GUYS. I KNOW A LOT OF PEPS THAT LIKE SEAFOOD. I JUST DON’T. I KNOW IT’S GOOD BUT IT CAN ALSO BE DANGEROUSLY POISONOUS. JUST GOTTA BE CAREFUL I GUESS.
Fish is lighter, heart healthy, and rich in omega-3s. Meat provides more protein and iron for muscle growth.
