There are secrets to owning a home, and I mean OWNER of OWN HOME that the Head Honchos will never kiss and tell a soul. In truth, there are secrets, and secret keys that opens up secret doors to another entire secret world that doesn’t actually exist, but does, yet doesn’t at all. Some of those secret keys are right in front of us, yet we don’t realize it because we were conditioned to follow an entirely different system. Are we TRULY ready to own our homes as rightfully so?? Including everything else???

Bloody right it’s not! We were not properly educated on home ownership, assets, liabilities and renting your property. So we all were urged to get a mortgage and “own” our properties. So here we are. There are pros and cons in both.
Exactly, I have been having to watch youtube videos on how to do things. When you don’t have the proper know how or help you have take matters into your own hands at times.

Guys you can learn many house fix hacks on You Tube also. Sometimes you can ask the opinion of a real professional, then use what they tell you as a starter point in solving your issue.
If you pay a mortgage, it is essentially the same as paying rent. So unless you own your home with no rental or mortgage payments, it doesn’t matter either way, you still pay out money to live in a home that does not belong to you
The way I see it, you are working toward a goal of one day paying off your mortgage so you may own that house. With renting a place, you are paying off someone else’s mortgage with nothing to gain in the end.

Home ownership frees up a little stress. But can still be stressful just not as stressful as a monthly payment.

We are renting, however we would prefer to own which carries more security and you in turn own an asset.

Renting for now is considered to be temporary. But, in the near future, I plan to own my home. I desire a dwelling that my family and I can cherish and enjoy together. Owning, allows, you to make decisions and have more options. I would love to choose a beautiful home of my choice.
I made a goal to own my own home by the time I reached the age of 40. I put money away I lived on a raman noodle diet I worked 2 jobs at the time and made it possible by putting a down payment on my first house, 4 years later I sold it and bought the house I am in cash paid it off. Its possible you just have to be consistent in keeping to your goals.
I prefer to own the house and rent it out..
Eventually, I probably will do this with my home so that I can leave my town.

My husband and I would love to own our own house and property. The market has been so tough though! We decided to rent for another year in hopes that things will get better! Staying positive and believing for the best outcome!!!
Yes, the housing market everwhere has been tricky. i was very fortunate to find the house I bought however the fixes have been a challenge.
I bet!!! It’s hard to find a house that doesn’t have fixing up to do! Unless you can build your own.
I know every person have dream that they should have their own house. It’s good thinking also but this time it’s hard to make their own house even then it’s better if you have your own house no need to pay monthly rent and stay with different people. Pay monthly mortgage and make your dream house, enjoy with your family. One day i will also buy big house.
My first home I had a mortgage on it, I fixed it up and turned around and sold it, paid it off and with the money left over I bought the house I’m in and paid it off. It is a fixer upper and has been a challenge to be able to get it fixed but I am hopeful everything will work out.
Home ownership is preferable.In this difficult economic time,owning your own home is a better choice.Renting is draining at times.Home ownership is not easy either,but I prefer that.It works for us.
